Training syllabus

Our classes are suitable for everyone from 8 years old and training in classes consists of:

  1. Warm up and stretching exercises
  2. Basic stances – blocks, punches/strikes and basic kicks
  3. Advanced basics combinations
  4. Hyungs/Forms – Series of techniques executed for balance, speed, power and coordination
  5. Pre-arranged 1 step and 3 step sparring
  6. Self defence tecnniques against grabbing etc
  7. Semi – free and free sparring
  8. Advanced training for senior members on breakfalls, takedowns and self-defence

Our training consists of a proven method of teaching students to build a strong foundation of techniques from the start of their Tang Soo Do journey.

The core method of reaching a high standard is to Learn, Understand, Practice and Refine techniques consistently.
