Tang Soo Do training incorporates exercises and drills to improve cardiovascular fitness, help develop strength,improve flexibility and lose weight so they are perfect for anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness and health.
Our adult training is designed for practical self-defence plus development of mind so you will become more confident to achieve your life goals. Our unique training system will benefit your life as you develop both physically and mentally into a stronger, fitter and more confident person.
If you are new to the martial arts, our qualified instructors will get you started and guide you through your training safely in a friendly environment.

Children Classes:
Our training also helps children to reduce weight, gain physical fitness and learn self-defence.
We also teach them to acquire self-discipline, perseverance and integrity to help them succeed in their lives and studies.
Tang Soo Do will help them to be better prepared for success because they learn about achieving their personal goals by gaining self-confidence. These skills gained through Tang Soo Do will benefit them during their school years and for the rest of their lives.
While the more practical aspects of martial arts such as self-defence are certainly important in today's violent world, the paramount goal of our training is the development of a child’s character alongside physical self-defence skills and fitness.
Corporate Groups, Schools or Community Groups
Special Tang Soo Do self-defence/fitness training can be arranged for these groups upon request.
